Role Plays for Training prides itself on offering a tailor made personal service to our clients. To achieve this, a designated project manager is assigned to each contract who personally liaises with client, trainer and role players to ensure the smooth running of each venture.
Role Plays For Training has a team of 120 role-players all of whom have been auditioned by us personally to ensure they have:
  • excellent improvisation and acting ability
  • extensive experience of corporate role play and forum theatre
  • good feedback skills
  • an ability to quickly absorb and learn complex briefs
  • are friendly, reliable and professional
  • a reasonable knowledge of the world of business

Our team

Our team of role players comprises a range of age, sex, ethnicity and type to exactly meet your training and assessment needs from shop-floor to boardroom level.
Some of our role playing team can role play in other languages, specifically French, German, Spanish & Italian.

Andrew Baguley
Andrew Baguley Andrew Baguley started Role Plays for Training in 1988 when as a housing officer turned actor he was asked to help source actors for training homeless family advisors. Role Plays for Training is now one of the longest established role play companies in the UK. Andrew has built this successful company with an emphasis on offering excellent service and working ethically with actors, trainers and clients alike. Many of our clients have been using our services for more than 10 years.

Karen Francis
Karen Francis Assistant Manager Karen Francis has a background in journalism and advertising and joined Role Plays for Training in 2000.
