Testimonials

Role Plays for Training has been operating successfully for over 20 years and has a wealth of experience in the field. Here’s what some of our clients say about us:

HM TREASURY – For the Treasury role players were required to perform Forum Theatre at a large scale event. “The two actors, Ken & Teresa, who performed at the Treasury last week were splendid and we all thought they brought real insight to the day. I’m sure that following this event you will be getting many positive referrals, certainly from me.” Sir Nicholas Stern, Second Permanent secretary to the Treasury

ipccIndependant Police Complaints Commission (IPCC) – “RPFT has been a valued supplier to the IPCC since 2006. They provide highly professional role players for a whole range of selection and development centres. During this time RPFT have proved themselves more than capable of meeting IPCC’s varied needs, often at short notice. The role players themselves are very professional and add enormous value to our events by their inputting to the assessment process.” Colin Woodward, Head of HR, IPCC

DHL – Our Facilitators were required for DHL’s Leadership Challenge programme. The worked with the delegates to produce a short play which was then performed in front of their peers. “Just wanted to say a big thanks to your team for a wonderful end to the LCP programme. I have heard nothing but positive comments from both participants and visitors. I think that this event will be talked about for some time.” Nicola Tilbe, Leaning & Development, DHL

btBT – “I was very struck at the way drama energised the event bringing an emotional dimension to the delegate experience. The day and its learning will be recalled by the delegates for some time to come. I had not anticipated the “value add” of skilled facilitation that the actors would bring with them.” Bernard Bader, Leaning Consultant, BT Global Services

norwich-unionNORWICH UNION – RPfT supply role players for a Management Development course for Norwich Union through the Training Consultancy Unicus. “The actors were all brilliant again. Excellent feedback from the Directors who couldn’t say enough good things about the experience.” Ian Palfreyman, Director of Unicus Consultancy

home-office

THE HOME OFFICE – RPfT designed and delivered training for young people in Street Marketing, for the Home Offices Talk To Frank drugs awareness campaign. “Thanks very much for your hard work on the campaign. It was really good to see such good feedback from all the students that took part. Role Plays For Training did a fantastic job in a very short period of time and to have such positive feedback from all the colleges was really great and kicked off the activity in each college really well.” Chris Mounsey-Thear, The Forster Company

NESTLE – At Nestle the role players improvise content around a given brief. “I really appreciate the work done by Fergus and Suzie during the last few days. Their desire to make the scenario true to life, the excellent suggestions and openness / ease to work with made for an enjoyable and beneficial time together. The production team also commented on the level of professionalism and how impressed they were with the whole process.” Jeremy Ferguson Smith, Nestle Learning & Development
