Simulations & Crisis Management
RPfT have a wealth of experience creating and delivering immersive, interactive business simulations for training purposes and crisis management events.
With a number of our clients we work on crisis management and business continuity in the face of disruptive incidents. Our actors can also work over the phone to train or test client’s call centres with a simulated crisis.
We can also offer ‘Virtual Boardroom’ style interventions. Such interventions involve the use of multiple drama-based training techniques, including Role Play, Hot Seating, Forum Theatre, Scenes and Sketches.
How does it work?
A simulation will usually cover a series of moments, or interactions, as an event unfolds over a time period. In this way the participants are able to focus on the implications of certain actions not just in the present moment of that exercise, but in future moments also. They are encouraged to think about the entire process and their role in it.
